Paintings and Assemblage Art
Doylestown Pennsylvania

My visual art is an expression of my ongoing evolutionary process of transformation. My paintings and assemblage art represent deep unconscious realms of my inner life. Music has always been a strong catalyst  for my painting as it  allows the vibrations of sound to mix with color, creating images which are then translated into form. My sensitivity to color, light and space are evident in my numerous circular paintings. Visual art for me, has always been a powerful catalyst for my bringing forward the unconscious, mystical and spiritual realms of life.
In my multi dimensional assemblages I am exploring ways to make the unconcious visible by assembling
forgotten objects to symbolize experiences that reside in my psyche. I use my assemblages as a vechicle for
communicating with the unconscious in a contained way. These are deep expressions of the contained
unconscious in a concrete form. I think of them as Shrines Of The Unconscious.
